This layered dessert is perfect for summer or any time you want a delicious, no-bake treat.

Ingredients:

Crust:

• 1 ½ cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
• ½ cup melted butter

Cream Cheese Layer:

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Chocolate Pudding Layer:

• 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 2 cups cold milk

Cherry Pie Filling Layer:

• 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Topping:

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crust:
   • Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
   • Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
   • Place in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the next layers.
2. Cream Cheese Layer:
   • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
   • In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
   • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
   • Spread this mixture evenly over the crust. Return to the refrigerator.
3. Chocolate Pudding Layer:
   • In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
   • Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
4. Cherry Pie Filling Layer:
   • Carefully spoon the cherry pie filling over the chocolate pudding layer, spreading it out evenly.
5. Topping:
   • In a medium bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy whipping cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
   • Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cherry pie filling layer.
