Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: sour cream, jalapeƱos, salsa
Instructions:
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add Seasoning:
- Reduce heat to medium. Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the cooked beef. Stir well to combine. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.

- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced onions.

- Wrap the Tortilla:
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, ensuring all ingredients are enclosed.
- Serve:
- Serve the nacho cheese beef wraps immediately, while they’re warm.

- For extra crunch, you can add crushed tortilla chips inside the wrap.
