Ingredients
For the Nachos:
- 1 large bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of your favorite cheeses)
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer the Chips: Spread half of the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chips. Add half of the black beans, meat (if using), jalapeños, tomatoes, black olives, red onion, green onions, and cilantro.
