Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients:
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 pound ground beef (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Noodles:
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a sheet of parchment paper to prevent sticking.
