Ingredients
For the Patties:
- 1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)

- 2-3 jalapeños, thinly sliced (adjust to your spice preference)

Instructions
- Prepare the Toppings:
