Ingredients

- 1 can (400g) baked beans
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
For the Fish Fingers:
- Prepare the Fish: Cut the fish fillets into finger-sized strips.
- Season the Flour: Mix the flour with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dried thyme.
- Bread the Fish: Dredge each fish strip in the seasoned flour, dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is fully coated.
- Fry the Fish: Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the fish fingers in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
