Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers.
- Thinly slice the onion.
- Chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the Vegetables:
- In a large salad bowl, combine the cucumbers, onion, and tomatoes.
- Add the finely chopped parsley to the bowl.
- Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, sugar, and dried oregano (if using).
