Baked Shrimp with Chives Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
- Arrange Shrimp: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a shallow baking dish.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
