Alfredo Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
For the Chicken Wings:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Wings:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and fully cooked, turning them halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- While the wings are baking, prepare the Alfredo sauce. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep the sauce warm on low heat until ready to use.
- Combine Wings and Sauce:
- Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Pour the warm Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Serve:
- Transfer the Alfredo chicken wings to a serving platter.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
